About KASMA Charity Organization
Empowering survivors, strengthening communities, and leading the fight against human trafficking in Ethiopia.
KASMA Charity Organization is a non-profit, nonpartisan, and nongovernmental local organization based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Established in November 2021 by fourteen founding members who returned from the Middle East, it is the first survivor-led organization in the country.
KASMA works hand-in-hand with government and anti-trafficking partners to advocate for stronger policies, deliver comprehensive support services to survivors, and build sustainable strategies to end human trafficking in Ethiopia.

KASMA exists to mobilize and educate the community (including survivors of trafficking) to help them make an informed migration decision, collectively voice out for policy change (improvement), and to support comprehensive reintegration to end human trafficking.
